Anyone who has ever read any of my stuff will know that I’m generally in favour of FSG as owners. I don’t think they’re perfect, but I think they’re trying to go about things in the right way and there’s virtually no part of the club that isn’t better thanks to their stewardship. From the redevelopment of Anfield through to the decision to alter the Academy setup, to say nothing of the state of things on the pitch, I think it’s entirely fair to say that they’re in the positive column as far as their tenure goes. So I must admit that I’ve been a little bit surprised to see some people openly attacking them of late, particularly with relevance to our transfers.

Fsg going big again and definitely not taking the cheap option whilst pocketing record TV, player sales and Champions League money I see 🐸☕
